If you are in the Singaraja - Air Sanih - Tejakula area, you should make a little detour and visit Yeh Mampeh. This waterfall, while not huge, is scenic and not yet suffering from tourism overkill.
The walk to the falls is very pleasant, wandering for about a kilometer through jungle and agricultural plots. The walk is easy, the path paved. Along the way you will see rambutan, bananas, coconuts, and other crops growing.
The waterfall itself is fed by Lake Batur and can flow quite heavily in rainy season. The water drops from a cleft in the rock 40 meters above to fall into a pool with a great deal of spray.
There are no touts and there is no charge for parking, but on your way out, be sure to stop at the shop at the trailhead to sign the guestbook and leave a donation for the community.
If you are coming from the main coast road, just after Bondalem, near Tejakula, you will see a sign indicating simply "Waterfall." Follow that road (it's lovely) up to the village of Les and drive all the way through the village. Keep heading uphill. The last stretch of road is very narrow and very steep. You will find space to park at the top.
